YOGA Today was started by Audrey Black. She started practicing yoga over 7 years ago and
yoga quickly became a part of her weekly workout routine. She likes how it helps her relax, gain flexibility and tone her
muscles all at the same time. Yoga has also created a better body awareness and a sense of calm in times of stress.
Since then Audrey has completed Yogafit's 200 hour teacher training and is a certified Registered Yoga Teacher
with Yoga Alliance. Through personal practice and commitment, she has become familiar with the benefits of yoga and is
enthusiastic about sharing them with you.
