YOGA Today was started by Audrey Black. She started practicing yoga over 5 years ago and
yoga quickly became a part of her weekly workout routine. She likes how it helps her relax, gain flexibility and tone her
muscles all at the same time. Yoga has also created a better body awareness and a sense of calm in times of stress.
Since then Audrey has completed Yogafit levels 1, 2 and 3 training, and working for her 200 hour Yoga Alliance
certification with Yogafit. Through personal practice and commitment, she has become familiar with the benefits of yoga and
is enthusiastic about sharing them with you.
