Class Description
Tuesdays: Beginner's Yoga Flow
Great for
beginners to learn the basics of Hatha Yoga flow, breathing and relaxation poses. Basic sun salutations, basic standing poses,
twists and inversions.
Thursdays: Yoga Flow
Great for beginners as well as experienced alike. Alittle
faster paced than Beginner's Yoga Flow. Basic Sun Salutations, basic standing and balancing poses, twists, and inversions.
Saturdays: Energizing Yoga Flow
This class is catered more towards those who have some experience with
yoga. It's an energizing morning class with lots of Sun Salutations A & B, basic and advanced standing poses, twists,
head and hand-stand preps.

Classes are priced at only $5/class (preferably
cash)

classes are 60 minutes long.

Saturdays at 10am (new
time!)
