Class Description
Tuesdays: Beginner's Yoga Flow
Great for beginners to learn the basics of Hatha Yoga flow, breathing and relaxation poses.
Thursdays: Yoga Flow II
Great for beginners as well as experienced.
Saturdays: Energizing Yoga Flow
This class is catered more towards those who have some experience with yoga. It's an energizing morning class with lots of
sun salutations, standing poses, twists, head and hand-stand preps.
Class Fees
Classes are priced at only $5/class
Class Times
All classes are 60 minutes long.
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:15pm
Saturdays at 9:15am
